Regan Roberts serves as the Executive Director and sole staff member of Sisters Graduate Resource Organization (Sisters GRO), where she works part-time to support the board, scholarship sponsors, Sisters High School students, and the overall operations of the organization. Her role blends strategic coordination with heartfelt community engagement, ensuring students have the resources and encouragement they need to pursue their academic and career goals.

Regan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied and Computational Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Sisters GRO, she spent 16 years as the Finance and HR Director at Sisters Athletic Club, where she honed her expertise in financial management, human resources, and organizational leadership.

Since relocating to Central Oregon in 2005 with her husband Dave, Regan has been deeply rooted in the Sisters community. Their two children attend schools in the Sisters School District, and as a family, they enjoy camping, fishing, and cheering from the sidelines at basketball games and dance competitions. When she finds a quiet moment, Regan loves to unwind with a good book.
