Regan is the sole employee with the Sisters GRO organization. She works part-time to support the board, scholarship sponsors, SHS students and overall operations of the organization.

Regan received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Washington. She has a background in accounting and worked for 16 years as the Finance and HR Director for the Sisters Athletic Club prior to joining Sisters GRO.

Regan and her husband Dave moved to Central Oregon in 2005 and have two children in the Sisters School District. They enjoy camping, fishing and basketball.
