Eligibility: 

Any graduating female senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who demonstrates financial need. Demonstrated work history preferred but not required. Student should have achieved a GPA between 2.5 and 3.5. Financial need will be considered.

Eligibility: 

This scholarship is available for any student who is planning to study visual art, literature, or journalism full-time (12 credits or more) at an accredited public two-year community college or four-year college or university.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university to pursue a career in Health Sciences who has maintained a minimum 3.5 GPA. Applicants are required to submit two recommendations, from either a teacher, coach, community member, or employer.

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who demonstrates financial need. Demonstrated work history preferred but not required. Applicants are required to submit two recommendations from teachers and/or community members.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited four-year college or university who has an interest in studying Science and Math in college with the hope of pursuing a degree in the Dental or Medical field and who demonstrates financial need. A minimum 3.5 GPA is required with academic rigor in Science and Math. Applicants must also exhibit a good work ethic, self-motivation, teamwork, problem-solving, and good communication skills. Applicants are required to submit one recommendation from a teacher, coach, or community member.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical or vocational school, public two- or four-year college or university or private university. Recipients must have a GPA of 2.5 or above and are required to submit two letters of recommendation from a teacher, coach, employer, community member, or clergy. The top three candidates will be interviewed. Preference will be given to those with an interest in studying business.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend a four-year college or university who has maintained a 3.25 GPA, and who demonstrates community involvement. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with intentions of starting a business or participating in a start-up. Applicants are required to submit two recommendations. Priority will be given to minority students, with additional preference to majors that are intentionally entrepreneurial or socially conscious.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior who plans to attend a two- or four-year college or university and study a creative arts. This includes graphic design, photography, illustration, animation, architecture, film, product design, environmental design, etc. Applicants must submit two recommendations and a portfolio that showcases 7 to 10 samples of their work.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who has maintained a 2.5 GPA and who demonstrates financial need. Applicants must demonstrate at least two (2) summers of work history. Applicants are required to submit three recommendations, from a teacher, an
employer, and a community member.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior who has excelled both academically and athletically while in high school who plans to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college and study an area of Business. Applicants must be high performing student athletes who work hard in athletics while also achieving a GPA of 3.0 or above. One recommendation is required from a teacher, coach, employer, or community member.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university pursuing a program in health and wellness. Applicants must have maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA and must demonstrate financial need.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited school of cosmetology (Science & Care of Skin, Hair and Nails) who wishes to obtain a license in cosmetology. Applicants are required to submit one recommendation. Finalists may be interviewed during the application review process.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who has been identified by Sisters High School teachers and counselors as Student of the Year. To qualify, seniors must have been recognized as a Student of the Month, selected based on leadership and integrity, respect, extra-curricular activities and community involvement, as well as academic performance.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university enrolling in a minimum of 12 credit hours pursuing a human health and wellness degree who has maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants are required to submit one recommendation.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior who will be pursuing training in the trades of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or drain services. Applicants must have maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA  and are required to submit one recommendation.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who is planning to study a program in health and wellness, social work, or education. Preference may be given to applicants who have engaged in community service and participated in extra-curricular activities. Applicants are required to submit one recommendation and two additional essay responses.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who has maintained a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrates financial need. Preference may be given to applicants pursuing health field-related studies. Applicants are required to submit two recommendations, one from an employer and one from a teacher/counselor, highlighting the student’s interest(s) and enthusiasm. Finalists may be interviewed during the application review process.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university with entrepreneurial/start-up business aspirations. Applicants are required to submit one recommendation from any non-family member of the community or school.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who has been employed by Sisters Meat and Smokehouse or whose relative has been employed by the smokehouse. Applicants are required to submit two recommendations, one from an employer and one from a teacher, coach, or school faculty member.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to pursue a bachelor’s degree at a four-year college or university who has demonstrated community involvement and is pursuing a major with a business-emphasis. Applicants are required to submit one recommendation.

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend an accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university who has maintained a minimum 2.5 GPA and wants to study Building Trades or Building Sciences. Applicants are required to submit two recommendations from non-family members, (e.g., teacher, coach, employer or community member). Preference will be given to students involved in Heart of Oregon program or another alternative school program associated with SHS. 

Eligibility: 

Any graduating senior planning to attend any accredited trade, technical/vocational school, two- or four-year college or university in Oregon who demonstrates financial need. Preference will be given to candidates entering vocational training and/or community college. Finalists may be interviewed during the application review process.
